The desk is nice overall, and I would give the finishing an eight out of ten because of some minor issues. However, the customer service on Messenger was really terrible; they often left me on read and were not truthful about the delivery time, as my order arrived on the fourteenth day instead of the promised five to seven days. They even lied and claimed the desk had scratches and was sent back to the factory, which is hard to believe since items are usually packed well. On a positive note, the delivery man was very polite, respectful, and had good manners, but the online communication was incredibly rude.
