Cashback Offer Policy

Offer Period

This offer is valid from July 7 to July 18.

Minimum Purchase

A minimum purchase of EGP 75,000 is required to qualify for the offer.

Cashback Value

Customers will receive cashback based on their invoice value as follows:

20% cashback on purchases of EGP 75,000 or more (up to EGP 15,000).
25% cashback on purchases of EGP 100,000 or more (up to EGP 25,000).
30% cashback on purchases of EGP 150,000 or more (up to EGP 45,000).

Eligible Products

The offer applies to all products.

Cashback Redemption

Cashback cannot be redeemed for cash or deducted from the original purchase invoice. It is provided as store credit and must be used to purchase products from Chic Homz during the offer period.

Payment Terms

Customers are required to pay the full invoice amount or a 75% down payment when confirming their order.

Returns Policy

If any item is returned, the purchase value will be recalculated. If the total falls below EGP 75,000, the customer will no longer be eligible for the cashback.

Products purchased under this offer are not eligible for returns. Exchanges only are allowed.
