    • If you choose cash on delivery for an order exceeding 10,000 EGP, a 15% down payment is required.
    • When ordering products for locations outside Cairo and Giza, a 15% down payment of the total order is required.
    • For products with modified specifications, a 50% down payment is required.
    • The customer has the right to apply only one code or benefit from the interest-free installment feature. If a technical issue prevents this, the company has the right to cancel the entire order and refund the full amount to the customer.
    • Please note that installation is not provided, and a 70% down payment of the order value is required for the following governorates (Menoufia - Beheira - Kafr El Sheikh - Damietta - Beni Suef - Fayoum - Minya - Assiut - Sohag - Qena - Aswan - Luxor).

    Some products that need to be lifted above the third floor require additional shipping fees. These are relative fees determined by the width of the staircase and the number of technicians required to lift the products. This amount is approved solely by Chic Homz customer service, not by the shipping company's technicians.
