: Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Postponement and Storage Fees
If the customer requests to postpone receipt for more than 7 days from the agreed-upon delivery date, despite the product being ready and the customer having been notified in writing, a storage fee of 500 EGP per product will be charged for each week following the grace period. Partial weeks will be calculated pro-rata based on the number of days. These fees do not apply if the delay is caused by the company.
2. Delivery Site Requirements and Additional Costs
The product price and delivery fees do not include costs for exceptional services required to bring the product into the customer's site, such as cranes, additional labor, removing doors or windows, or disassembly and reassembly work not included in the order. Such costs will be determined and obtained with the customer's written consent before implementation. The customer shall not bear any costs resulting from an error or negligence on the part of the company.

- Please note that we do not deliver to small villages and hamlets
- Please note that after the specified period for each product expires, there is an additional 4 to 7-day period for the shipping company
